The Westminster Titans opened the PAC women’s basketball slate on Wednesday night with a 62-42 victory at Allegheny. The Titans spoiled the Gators’ return to the PAC with a sound all-around performance. Leading the charge was junior forward Katie Fitzpatrick with her best game of the young season with a nine point and 14 rebound effort. Fitzpatrick, who ended her freshman season with a serious knee injury, missed all of last year and has made a triumphant return this season. For her efforts in the victory over Allegheny, Fitzpatrick was named the Foster Law Offices Player of the Game.
