Stat Line: 27 points, 8 rebounds, 6 assists
On the strength of a huge third quarter, the Westminster Titans built a 13-point lead and then fended off Geneva in the fourth period for an 80-77 victory on Wednesday night. There were several sterling performances by the host Titans on the night, including a tremendous all-around effort from Natalie Murrio. The sophomore guard netted a game-high 27 points, set a new career high with six assists and added eight rebounds. Additionally, Murrio converted on 8-of-11 shots at the free-throw line to help preserve Westminster’s second half lead. For her performance, Murrio was tabbed the AHN Player of the Game by the PAC Sports Network.
