Grove City broke open a close contest with a 26-11 game-ending run to secure an 86-70 victory over Geneva in the PAC championship. Its the eight overall title for Grove City and its first since 2010. The Wolverines were led by senior guard Nate Peters, who netted a season-high 28 points on 12-of-18 shooting from the field. Peters was selected as the PAC Tournament’s Most Outstanding Player and was also tabbed as the Foster Law Offices Player of the Game by the PAC Sports Network. It’s the second time this week Peters earned Player of the Game honors during tournament play.
