In a rematch of last year’s PAC championship game, the reigning champion Saint Vincent Bearcats defeated W&J, 84-47, in the conference opener. The Bearcats were led by junior guard Jenna Lafko, who poured in a career-high 26 points and added five rebounds. Lafko converted on 10 of 14 shooting from the field, including 2 of 3 from beyond the arc, earning her the Foster Law Offices Player of the Game award from the PAC Sports Network.
