In one of the most astonishing finishes seen on the PAC Sports Network, Grove City sophomore Andrew Beckman soared through the air for a game winning tip-in at the buzzer to lift the Wolverines to a 65-63 upset of the Saint Vincent Bearcats on the road. Deadlocked at 63-63, Grove City was left with 0.6 seconds remaining on the clock and a sideline inbounds pass approximately 20 feet away from the hoop. Stephen Tam’s inbound pass went to Beckman near the cylinder for the clutch tip-in and the victory. Beckman finished with 11 points on 4 of 4 shooting from the field and was tabbed the Foster Law Offices Player of the Game. PACSN”s Nate Regotti talked to an elated Beckman afterwards.
