The Chatham Cougars advanced to the PAC championship game for the first time in program history with a 57-40 victory at top-seeded W&J on Wednesday night. The Cougars knocked off the 25th-ranked Presidents with a stifling zone defense. W&J’s perimeter shooting was completely blanked, going 0-for-23 from beyond the arc. A stalwart in all phases of the game, sophomore guard Ashlie Louden delivered another outstanding performance in the PAC Tournament with a team-high 14 points. She added a team-best seven rebounds and five steals to earn Foster Law Office Player of the Game honors for the third time this season.
