Women’s Basketball – Chatham
#15 Alyssa Laukus
5-11 Freshman Forward
Stat Line: 19 points, 6 rebounds
In an offensive explosion, the Chatham Cougars scored 100 points for the first time since 2007 in a 100-57 victory at Geneva on Wednesday night at the Metheny Field House. The 100 points was just two points shy of the single-game program record and the most scored since Chatham defeated Penn State New Kensington 102-51 in the program’s first ever game on Nov. 16, 2007. Freshman Alyssa Laukus was one of five players to reach double figures for the Cougars and scored a career-high 19 points to help lead the charge. Laukus was an efficient 6-of-8 from the field and added six rebounds to earn Foster Law Offices Player of the Game honors.
