The Geneva College Golden Tornadoes broke the single game school scoring record on Wednesday night in a 114-79 victory over Thiel. The 114 points surpassed the prior record of 112 set back in 1994 against Lake Erie College. The victory over Thiel also snapped a six-game losing streak for the Golden Tornadoes. Six different players reached double figures for the Tornadoes, including Isabella Roth. The senior guard sparked Geneva early and often with her perimeter shooting, burying four 3-pointers on her way to a 16-point performance. Roth added three assists, one block and one steal to earn Foster Law Offices Player of the Game honors.
