The Saint Vincent Bearcats snapped a five-game losing skid on Wednesday night with a 73-53 win over Franciscan at the Carey Center. Four Bearcats touched double figures, including newcomer Mike Iuzzolino. A recent transfer from Division I Bryant University, Iuzzolino was playing in his fourth game at SVC and poured in a team-high 17 points. He also sparked the Bearcats from beyond the arc by connecting on a trio of treys. For his efforts, Iuzzolino was named the Foster Law Offices Player of the Game by the PAC Sports Network.
