Women’s Basketball – Grove City
#33 Megan Kallock
5-6 Junior Guard
Stat Line: 26 points, (4-of-6 on 3-pointers)
Grove City’s swarming defense swallowed up another opponent on Wednesday night as the host Wolverines defeated rival Westminster, 80-57. The win moves the Wolverines into sole possession of second place with a 13-4 conference mark and with one regular season game remaining on Saturday. Grove City forced 26 turnovers and reeled in 20 steals against the Titans. The staunch defense created transition scoring opportunities and junior guard Megan Kallock led the way with a game-high 26 points. Not only good near the basket, Kallock also poured in four 3-pointers and was named the Foster Law Offices Player of the Game for the second time this season.
