Women’s Basketball – Chatham
#25 Julianna Skowron
6-1 Grad Student Forward
Stat Line: 14 points, 4 rebounds
The Chatham Cougars won their fourth straight game on Wednesday night with a 68-52 road victory at Thiel. The Cougars built a 16 point lead in the third quarter before the Tomcats chipped away at the deficit and cut the margin to 48-42 in the opening seconds of the fourth quarter. That’s when grad student forward Julianna Skowron helped put away the feisty Tomcats with some timely baskets in the final stanza. Skowron finished with a game-high 14 points on 6-of-12 shooting from the field and added four rebounds. For her efforts, Skowron was named the Foster Law Offices Player of the Game.
