The Saint Vincent Bearcats overcame a nine-point deficit in the second half to earn a 71-64 win at Waynesburg on Saturday afternoon. Trailing 41-32 with just over 11 minutes to play, the Bearcats flipped the script on the Yellow Jackets with a tide-turning 17-0 run and led for the remainder of the game. Limited to just three points in the first half, senior forward Shemar Bennett erupted in the second half with 23 points to spark the comeback. Shooting an efficient 10-for-15 from the field, Bennett was tabbed as the AHN Player of the Game by the PAC Sports Network.
