The Waynesburg Yellow Jackets won their third game in a row with a 73-68 road upset of the Saint Vincent Bearcats in overtime. Facing the first-place team in the PAC, Waynesburg stormed out of the gates and led by as much as 17 points in the second half. While Saint Vincent rallied to force overtime, the Yellow Jackets prevailed thanks to 11 of 12 shooting from the free throw line in OT. Senior guard Brennan Smith was a perfect 8 for 8 in the extra session and finished with a game-high 27 points. Additionally, with 6-10 big man Isaiah Alonzo fouled out in the second half, Smith stepped up with some timely baskets and physical defense. For his efforts, Smith was tabbed the Foster Law Offices Player of the Game.
