Stat Line: Career-high 20 points, 10 rebounds
The Thiel Tomcats picked up their fifth conference win of the season with a 77-63 win at Geneva on Saturday. The Tomcats received a tremendous effort from sophomore Avril Campbell who netted a career-high 20 points and added 10 rebounds for a double-double. Thiel built a nine-point lead in the first half thanks in large part to Campbell who scored 16 of his 20 points in the opening half. For his efforts, Campbell was named the Foster Law Offices Player of the Game by the PAC Sports Network. PACSN’s Rob Longo chatted with Campbell following the victory.
