Senior Sean Kett scored early and often to lead the St. Vincent Bearcats past the Thomas More Saints in the PAC semifinals, 86-73. Kett scored 11 of the first 13 points for the Bearcats and helped SVC to a 45-24 lead at intermission. The teams traded baskets in the second half as the Bearcats cruised to the win. Kett also collected eight rebounds in the victory over the Saints and was named the Foster Law Offices Player of the Game. St. Vincent advances to face the Waynesburg Yellow Jackets on Saturday night at 7:30 pm and will try to become the first team to win three straight PAC titles since the W&J Presidents won four consecutive conference crowns from 1992-1995. Waynesburg is looking for its first PAC championship since 1996. The title tilt between St. Vincent and Waynesburg will be broadcast live by the PAC Sports Network.
