Bottled up for the entire first half, Waynesburg senior forward Jason Probst exploded down the stretch to lead the Yellow Jackets to a 64-57 come-from-behind win over the W&J Presidents. Waynesburg trailed by as much as 11 points in the second half, but chipped away and eventually tied the game on a three-pointer by B.J. Durham with two minutes remaining. That’s when Probst took over. Held scoreless in the first half, Probst came up with the go-ahead bucket with 1:14 remaining and put the game away with a deuce-and-one with 16 seconds left. The PAC Sports Network selected Probst as the Foster Law Offices Player of the Game. Our Nate Regotti talked with Jason Probst after the final buzzer.
